KSAT 12 News App Reviews

iPhone 5S, IOS 8.4.1. The KSAT app home page "Top Stories" has not updated since Aug 13, 2015. Links for local news or latest headlines have not updated since January 6, 2015. But, iPad Mini, IOS 8.4.1, KSAT app is still updating with current news. Uninstalled & reinstalled app on iPhone - now main page says "Content not available. Sorry for the inconvenience", but selecting Local News from menu does load current stories.

I have an iPhone 6 plus and the app isnt up to date has been this way since since aug 12.

There is some ok content, but I am unable to post to Facebook from the app.

Love the app. It keeps me up on news in the area that I grew up in & this was the only news we got on TV.

App is great!! The only downside is not being able to watch the Sports show on Sunday night!!

Love the app. Works perfectly and delivers up to date news.

This is a great ap. I dont get inundated with alerts all day. Just like 4 a day, which are important. I get weather updates if there is a major change in the forecast. Just got one saying we are going to have more flooding. If you dont like them then turn off notifications. Its organized and easy to use. One button to watch live stream. Try it out.

The app is good does not crash thus far. It contains relevant news content. It is maintained so the news is relatively new and most important free. There is a move to start to pay for news content. This one is free and formatted well. Tony from San Antonio

Dont waste using up space on your device if youre interested in seeing a live streaming of the news during their regularly scheduled news cast. You only get to see bits and pieces of the news stories broken up by lots of ambulance chasing attorney commercials. The other local San Antonio news station apps show the full stories and only show similar commercials during the on-air commercial breaks.

my "go to" for the weather

The Live stream of the newscast RARELY works: I tried being patient; however, I counted the amount of cycles between commercials and the blue screen that says theyre "on commercial break" 5 times it happened, Ive tried using it on several locations, and the app is sub-par. Im sorry, but its true. One of the greater stations in SA, and they cant get an app right? Less their website for the live streaming issue as well. VERY Disappointed yall.

Links to multiple items are usually hard to open. Also, content is cut off and incomplete.

Love this app it is up to date on all current news and weather alerts

This APP is so wonderful I call it stupendous and thats a fact Im not being over flattering. Just imaging getting news at your fingertips on a smart phone! Just imagine being able to scroll past those annoying ads that have nothing that appeals to you, and being able to see weather or traffic instead. Its just a tool that I cant imagine not having access to. I recommend everyone install this APP you wont be sorry.

The app is ok. But I wish it had weather video. Other than that not to bad
